My story

I was found in a box at the end of a road in Renwick, Marlborough. I spent some time at the Marlborough SPCA and then fancied a change of scene so I flew up to the Newtown SPCA in Wellington.

What's special about me

I’m as handsome as my namesake! My fur is thick, and loose fur needs combing out occasionally to minimise fur balls.

I love to play, especially when I have something to chase. I do need the exercise as I’m currently a bit on the heavy side. When in doubt, I eat! If you can keep me busy and help me build my confidence, I won’t have time to eat so much.

I’m not a good traveller (I let go at both ends!), but this will be just a minor inconvenience once I’m in my new home – and I may grow out of it anyway.

As I’m currently living in a foster home, you can meet me at our pop-up adoptions every Saturday or possibly at my foster home in Island Bay. This can be arranged through the SPCA in Newtown - please call 04 389 8044 ext 809 or email felineteam@wellingtonspca.org.nz
