This Sunday 7 March from 9.30am to 4.30pm, the streets of Newtown will be brought to life with the annual Newtown Fair. There’ll be heaps of stalls, music, food and street entertainment for you to enjoy.

Wellington SPCA will be there too – you’ll find us outside the Work and Income offices directly opposite the main stage. Show your support and come along to our stall – we’ll have lots of information about the work we do in the community and you’ll have the chance to chat to some of our staff and volunteers too!

During the fair, our Newtown animal centre will be ‘open as usual’ – however traffic will be diverted around Newtown. Click here to download a map showing the traffic restrictions that will be in place on the day.
