The SPCA Business Bed & Board Scheme is a unique opportunity for your organisation to sponsor a ‘corporate box’ or Animal Unit. Animal Units provide a temporary home for hundreds of needy cats, dogs, kittens, puppies and other small creatures every year. Your generosity will help us feed, socialise, groom and exercise these animals, as well as provide veterinary care and help them find new, loving homes.

Your contribution won’t just be good for the animals; it’ll be good for your business. As well as linking your company with a worthy community cause, SPCA Business Bed & Board generates goodwill among staff, suppliers and customers that money can’t buy.

A Wellington SPCA Animal Unit is a ‘corporate box’ like no other. Every day these units provide a sage refuge for the countless abandoned and unwanted pets like Roxy. A friendly face and a caring touch to show abused animals that humans are not all bad.

Of course, it takes money to provide all the care an animal needs. Food, vet bills, bedding and staff are just a few of the costs we cover. Our Business Bed & Board Sponsorship Scheme enables community-minded businesses to support us financially and reap the many rewards for their own business.

Bed & Board Sponsorship Options

Bed & Board Corporate Sponsor

All sponsors receive:

• A personalised framed certificate
• Animals’ Voice newsletter twice a year, plus Annual Report
• Entry in a prize draw
• Associate membership of Wellington SPCA
• A membership card which entitles you to 40% off goods and services at Wellington SPCA
• Invitation to the annual Bed & Board Gala evening



Silver Collar Club

Receive same as above plus:

• A medium sized toy dog
• An adoption certificate for the toy dog
• Collar with silver sponsorship disc attached
• Your business name listed as a sponsor in the newsletter



Gold Collar Club

Receive same as above plus:

• A life size toy dog
• Collar with gold sponsorship disc attached
